Chalee's Visit

The girls' cousin Chalee came to stay with us a few weekends back. Olivia really enjoys playing with her and they always seem to have a good time. Brooke played the typical little sister. We went to Mike and Nikki's for a barbecue and then to the L&C County Fair to ride the rides.

Even at a young age, boys show off for the girls!

Swimming, Swimming, Swimming

Yes, I know it has been quite sometime since I have posted a blog. A little crazy lately. Both Brooke and Olivia were taking swimming lessons -Olivia in Townsend and Brooke at the Y in Helena. Both enjoyed them very much and did well. Thank you to Olivia's babysitter, Logan for taking her to lessons everyday for 2 weeks!
The diving board proved a bit much for Olivia, but I must say her fundamentals are good. She is definitely our cautious one-but there is nothing wrong with that. She tends to think about things more than she should....hmmm....wonder where she gets that.
Tanner was not too impressed by this picture...

Brooke ended up in class with 3 year olds, which made classes a little out of her league, but she still did well considering. We got our kicks going and scoops down AND she can blow bubbles. Pretty big accomplisment! You actually have to watch her pretty close around water because she will dive in if you are not looking.

Brewers Tot Race

Friday night we went to a Helena Brewers Baseball Game. Olivia was asked to participiate in the tot race. She did a great job except her hat blew off and of course she had to go get it. She is still a winner in our book. We were very proud of her as she is typically pretty shy about things like this.

My How Our Life is Different

It seems only like yesterday we were free to do what we wanted, go when we wanted and have what we wanted. Now it is all about our girls-we are now horses, jungle gyms and basically entertainment for our girls. And you know what, I have no idea what we did before they came!

Oh how they are easily entertained!

Typical June ~ Weddings and Babies

We are coming to the close of a very busy weekend. Saturday, we went to a beautiful wedding at Grassy Mountain Lodge outside of Townsend for Tanner's cousin, Brandon and his new wife Clairessa. Very pretty wedding. The girls had so much fun playing and it was great to see family and friends.

Sunday, my aunt Billie Kaye and I hosted a shower for my new niece Teah in Livingston. It was a nice shower and Tyler and Holley got more things to spoil Teah with. She is quite a cutie.

Uh-Oh

Miss Brooke has learned a new word...uh-oh. A good one to know, especially to let Mom and Dad know when to come running.

Teah Joyce Vennes

Olivia and Brooke's cousin Teah Joyce was born Friday, June 6 at 10:10 pm in Bozeman. Her mom, Holley is doing well after a fairly intense delivery.

My brother, Tyler-the proud Daddy and
Teah-an absolute sweetheart!
